Do players have to pay anything?

Never. Players always join and compete completely free. Only the commissioner pays -- and only if their league grows past 25 players.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every payment is a one-time flat fee for a single league for a single season. There is no auto-renewal, no monthly charge, and no contract.

What happens when my free league fills up?

When your league hits 25 players, the 26th player can't join until you upgrade. You'll get an email with a link to upgrade instantly. New seats are active the moment your payment clears.

Can I upgrade mid-season?

Yes -- you can upgrade any time before the season starts (first game kickoff). Once games begin, rosters and tiers lock for the rest of the season.

What is the $39 Pro upgrade?

If you already paid $40 for Starter and want to move to Pro, you only pay $39 more. Your prior payment counts -- total to reach Pro is always $79 regardless of which path you take.

Does pricing vary by sport?

No. The same tier pricing applies to every sport -- NFL, College Football, NBA, NHL, and MLB. One league, one sport, one season, one price.
